We, the members of the International Network of People living with HIV and AIDS (INoPLWHA), having established a National Network of People Living With HIV/AIDS (INoPLWHA) irrespective of sector, cadre, discipline, institution, background, cluster and geographical location, with the purpose of reducing the burden of the HIV/AIDS epidemic on PLWHA and people affected by HIV/AIDS (PABA), and special interest groups (women, youth, religious, etc.) and for more effective control of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Nigeria and beyond by contributing to the effort to have Nigeria as a country in which people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) enjoy equal rights, opportunities and responsibilities as every other citizen of the in the World free of discrimination.
