Job Description: - As a Reservation Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing travel services for all inbound client reservation request in a call center environment. - Travel Counselors are additionally responsible for providing quality service, timely and accurate completion of travel arrangements and the sale of value added services. - Assisting the client with all travel needs including international and domestic reservations from the United States is a primary responsibility. - The candidates must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform in a team environment. - These positions require flexibility to work the overnight shift as determined by customer call volumes and business needs.
