Can you be little specific about your requirement? Do you want to allow a number between 100 and 200 in one text box, and once this is given, populate second text box with 201? Specifying your requirement clearly will help you get answer quicker.
I don't think so. It is essential for a programmer/developer to be well versed in multiple languages and platforms. And given the current economic senario, opensource technologies like MySql, PHP, etc are gaining much ground and they gell pretty well...

After downloading the source code from the Sun site you can navigate(debug) it by attaching the src zip to various class files using and IDE(such as Eclipse/IDEA).
