Over all telemarketing plays vital role depend on product particular company is dealing .It is just like a cold call done by physically which gives effective result depend on how it is done.
I agree with that there is no use of having high salary if one is not satisfied with his salary he will not be able to do well in his job what ever he may be doing and I would say he would have just stuck in job sometimes would be thinking that it...

I feel most of the employee leave company because of only mangers.As manager does not understand the employee and influence of target for get even ethics and humanity .They start treating employee as a slave .they feel they are only giving money to...
It would be always be good to get placed through campus itself because through that only he will be able to get right start in his career.Usually company gives more weight to person who get placed through campus when he get second time god...
