A medium sized roasted papad contains about 70 calories,it also contains sodium bicarb and extra salt.Obese and hypertensives need to watch out .Choose low cal ,low sodium alternatives like fruits and salad to prevent acidity.

Prevention is better than cure.Two tested and tried mantra'sfor weight maintenance-(1)Eat a plateful of mixed salad immediately after your meals esp; dinner.(2)1 hr of early morning brisk walk esp; if you have had a late night heavy dinner.
