Behaviour !!! One can see marked changes in behaviour. The person usually becomes rude and lethargic. Starts blaming things and systems often. A negative attitude surfaces up. Will start claiming MRs LTAs

I agree with Darshana , disinterest shows by their behavior. Like employees will start giving reasons for the job assigned to them. In some area they will react like this is not my job, they refuse to support their peers. Argument with senior.
