 It is bad
Jaygopal Raghavan  |  Argues in support of  "It is bad"  |  1 year ago
Anything unnatural is bad. In case you want to colour your hair, you can use mehendi and other natural remedies. People dont realise till it is too late in the day.
Aditya R. Upadhyay  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
Mobile phones are even not safe but we are keeping it.Hair color may be harmful but it is popular these days. It gives good look and works as personality enhancer so it is ok. Straightening of hair is individual choice. After all it is my hair and I...
Kavitha Shankar  |  Argues in support of  "It is bad"  |  1 year ago
I have done this. I got my hair colored and then straightened. Anyone who did it knows the ill effects. It is harmful for skin for hair and all in all for you. It does all bad and no good.

obsession is bad. obsession with sex  is bad too . but not so bad that it can be called a disease.  as long as it remains personal , or interpersonal if you like  it that way, why should society at large bother about it, let alone try to brand...
Aditya R. Upadhyay  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
Obsession itself is a disease. The increasing number of rape cases and crime against women are definitely not normal thing. It shows how rapidly mentally sick people are growing in society.
Anita Rai  |  Argues in support of  "It is a disease"  |  1 year ago
Yes it is a disease.. a mental disease which makes one urge for more and more.. A person's sexuality is a complex amalgam that involves your brain's hormonal system, its frontal-lobe reward system and its limbic system, which controls mood....

This happened today.. and I am still thinking... So thought of sharing my thoughts...   While filling my water bottle I looked at the water and thought : The earth is created so beautifully. It has all one can needs to live. Air, water and food. How thoughtful of someone to create all this... The bottle was full by now and I went back to my desk, still looking at the water inside the bottle. It was transparent, odourless, almost tasteless and the most wonderful art was it took the shape of its container. Perfect, I thought. Shifting my attention from water I realized water is not me and I am not water, am I?? I am a woman. A wanna be woman of substance. A woman living in society. Yes The So...

I second that... the school years are the most vulnerable years and if proper introduction is made at the right time, the future would be way better..

We are in pseudo society and culture having no solid base. We have to think seriously for our values. Media can play a positive role.

It is easier to advice even when we are not following things it. It does not take anythign to tell what to do what not to do but if someone tells us the same, we are taken back. It is human nature to say more and do less..

I have worked in a company where we had strict dress codes. Formals 4 day a week. Before I had joined I was given a rule book which clearly read what one could wear and what not. I was pleased. Really I was. It took me a sometime to understand the difference between formal shoes and casual ones!! I learned following things: 1. Hand bag and shoes should match. 2. Shoes should be close ended ( wearing sox is compulsary) 3. Nothing flashy will be allowed. 5. Only crisp cotton sarees. 6. Salwar suit should not be glittery-glamorous. 7. No flashy nail paints and dark eye make up. I was fine with it and followed all the rules. But as I looked around I could see all inappropriately dressed women. ...

Maintaining discipline in office and abide by the rules and regulations of the company is very important for carrier growth. Think about your self not about the millions who don't care. It is your carrier and you have to be smarter than others.

Feeling Jealous, Joking Kriti. It will happen, some girl's really can't stop themselves, If dresscode is really necessary then company should monitor that rules are same for everyone, no one can break the rule.
