Interaction with commercial and service vendors dealing with office stationery, Transport, Electrical spares and work, civil works and Building maintenance, Security, Canteen and Cafeteria supplies, Housekeeping services and other office purchases. Maintenance of files and records related to correspondence and documentation with Govt. Agencies. Timely clearance of electricity, telephone and other services bills in consultation with accounts section. Advance planning of office maintenance and repair works with due diligence to budgeting and approval process. Planning and budgeting for purchase of office supplies and consumables as per the purchase policy of the company. Purchase, receipt, control and issue of office goods, stationery and housekeeping stores.
