1. Working as PROJECT ENGINEER in ITC Limited. WORK DESCRIPTION: Development and formulation of User Brief. Co-ordination with Architects and other Consultants for developing design concepts and preliminary budgeting, Detailed design and Budgeting. Involve in the process of Tender preparation, floating, evaluation and Finalization. Development and generation of project plans and schedules using MSP. Monitoring the project inline with Time, Cost, Quality and Safety. Co-ordination with different service providers during the construction stage inline with the project plan. Implementation of quality management system. Change Management, Change approvals. Verification and Certification of RA bills and Final bills of Vendors. Testing and commissioning of various equipments and other services. Development and documentation of as build drawings, warranties and certificates. Training to users and facility team. PROJECT DETAILS 1. Project ITC Condominium (Current Project). Location: Jakkur- Bangalore. Project Cost: Rs.120 Crores Nature of Project: Greenfield-High-End Multistoried, Residential Luxury Apartments. Special Features: 3 and 4 BHK Apartments, Clubhouse, Amphitheatre, Swimming Pools, Tennis Court, Landscaping (1 Lakh Sqrft), and STP (100kld), DG-3252, Transformer-750 KVA, FPS Built-up area: 120 Apartments, 4.5 Lakh sqrft, and Basement 1.75 Lakhs sqrft. Ground+3 Floors. Service Providers: Jurong India, L and T ECC, Nitesh Estates, ETA Melco, Schneider Electrical, Fire Pro, Deccan Garden, Alno Kitchens, Mitsubishi, Poworica, Tricolite. 2. Worked as Site Engineer for Mfar Constructions Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore.
