We need to ensure the contact agent listens to the customer and is courteous while speaking and over and above should talk to the customer and not treat him like a machine with just question and answers

Good one keeping your cool is what is most important which helps us get the best solution of the various alternatives
I agree co branding help but there must be the right synergy between the two products. Though there is a small risk but it will help the product  immensely and sometimes it can help a smaller produt to piggy bank on the more famous or well known product
