Infosys or any other organization they are Business Oriented & not charitable institutions, even in Govt.& PSU's now a days they are sacking the non performers at Sr.Level by way of holding their increments,transfers to far-off places & VRS....

Really saddening story. As I mentioned elsewhere, the middle management is harassing young and bright employees. IT companies must try to put an end to this. But suicide is NOT the solution. I suggest that anybody being harassed by the middle...
