Responsibilities: In-house/Internal end to end recruitment for IISG Group for IT (Software Developer, Sr. Software Developer, Team Leads, Module Lead, Project Manager, Product Manager etc) and Non IT (Sales Executive, Sr Sales Executive, Key account manager, Branch Manager etc) requirements for all India location. Man power planning with Group Head and Technical Head. Directly reporting to General Manager. Handling 6 Members of recruiters team. Understanding the technicalities of the requirement and analyze the various Teams requirements and needs. Vendors Management. Sourcing potential candidates as per manpower requirements from Job Portals, Employee referral, Internet Leads etc Co-ordination with Outsourced agencies on complete recruitment process. Resume screening and first level interviews. Conduct Walk-ins and Make proper arrangement for Walk-Ins. Co-ordination with Technical Team and get feedback for all Interviews. Make offer to selected candidates and follow up till joining. Managing the post-selection activities such as generation of offer/ appointment letter, infra arrangment for new joinee, induction, etc. Managing the Employee entry process and post Joining activities such as Opening the salary account, introduction to respective department as well as team members etc. Worked with Helios and Matheson IT(Bangalore)Limited ( HYPERLINK http://www.heliosmatheson.com www.heliosmatheson.com ) as HR Executive - Consulting services (IT Recruiter) - since July 2006 to June 2007. Work Profile Understanding the technicalities of the requirement and analyze the various client requirements and needs. Souring potential candidates as per clients manpower requirements by Scrutinizing job portals database. Posting job on different Job portals Posting the job to yahoo and google groups Internal DatabaseResponsible for setting the HR Department, which includes: Framing and Documenting Policies, Guidelines and Procedures for Recruitments and selection, Induction, Joining and Relieving of an employee, Appraisals, Rewards, Compensation, Benefits offered, Events, Internal functioning of HR Dept. to ensure smooth operations.
