	Brief summary : 1- As Sr Engineer - Nylon6 Spinning Unit OCT-10 till date. At SRF Ltd Gwalior. Its a Technical Textile business unit of SRF Ltd. The end product is Nylon6 tyre cord fabric. I am working in Spinning unit Work profile involves Trouble shooting in process, maintenance. Also I manage production planning for machine. Here apart from learning Technical skills of FDY I also am learning Quality tools, and systems like TQM, Kaizen, Autonomous maintenance. 2- As Engineer/ Manager - Polyester Fibre production unit July-06 to Sep-10 At Reliance Industries Ltd- Barabanki Unit Its a Polyester fibre production unit through Continuous polymerization route and Recyle plant of PET bottles to Staple fibre. Work profile: Engineer / Manager- Technical Services Deptt. Assisting the production team to accomplish the target production with maximum efficiency and Quality. Coordinating new product development and Trials by contacting with other departments. Drafting Standard operating conditions for different products running. Regular monitoring of the plant process conditions and giving Technical assistance in optimization of operating conditions and Troubleshooting /Problem solving. Suggesting for improvement in quality of product and process. Analyzing the Market complaints/feedback with a view to improve Quality and efficiency of process. Generating Technical reports and documents (e.g. performance report of plant, Trial Reports, Problem Study report and Failure analysis report). Maintaining ISO documents (SOPs and Process manuals). Projects: Establishing commercial production of . LOW PILL Polyester Tow-Its a premium product with specialty of Low Pill formation when used in fabric. . High shrinkage PET fibre - High Bulk fibre can be used as substitute for Acrylics. Twin Tow Project: We have successfully devised and implemented method for production of Twin Two on single Draw machine with single Crimper. This proved a boon for us as we are now producing double tow on single M/c with almost same Consumption of Utilities. Development and implementation of new product gradation system named PRODUCT BY PROCESS with objective of improving the quality of final product by optimizing the processing conditions. Extras: Participation in management game CHANAKYA (organized by AIMA and Lucknow Management Association) as a representative from RIL Barabanki site. Participation in Disruptive Innovation Workshop by Innosight Asia at RIL. Worked as Editor-in-Chief of Institute (Govt. Central Textile Institute)s annual Journal Fibre to Finish. Active participation in Social awareness programs for AIDS at college. Active participation in many event management at Institute. Regards
