• Complete responsibility in maintaining the BFS Resource Inventory.
•        Coordinating with the Resource Partner /Client Partner on the open/proposed requisitions and submitting the employees accordingly with their concern.
•        Acted as a bridge between the employees and management in order to maximize the utilization of the existing resource pool.
•        As per the project requirement; responsible for relocating employees by coordinating with the all Delivery, SDM, PM, TL, HCM etc.
•        Advice the Service lines Heads about their resources on the bench and help him to clear the bench cost ASAP
