Have operation all over India. The Company is growing at a rate of 50% per Annum. All the work is done online and through Oracle ERP. Position : Deputy General Manager ( Finance and Accounts) Job Profile: Worked as Head of Finance and Accounts of Punjab Region consisting of Punjab, Hariyana, Himachal Pradesh and J and K. The Detail job responsibilities are as follows. Financial management and Control of accounts of the Regional office of the company and ensuring adherence to Accounting policies, system and processes as laid down by the Company. Looking after day-to-day affairs of the financial transactions of the Regional office with an establishment of over 170 Executives and supporting staff including preparation of payroll and disbursement of the same. Controlling the Collection of revenues of all the Branches (11 nos.) and its remittance to Head Office. Shouldered responsibility of independently controlling disbursement of funds towards contractors and suppliers payment, monthly salary and allowances of the employees of all the Branches. Responsible for ensuring all the taxation matters, both direct and indirect taxes of the Regional Office including filling of returns and handling of Tax Authorities. Supervising the consolidation and finalization of Accounts of the Region including inter unit reconciliation.
