For yesterday’s class I took lot of flower pictures with me. The little girls, when they look at that lifted their eyebrows. I asked them to choose one picture. I opened that picture as a Photoshop document and from that only a rose was cutout and placed in a new document where I created a gradient background. I filled a layer below the rose flower and above the background layer with clouds filter, reduced the opacity to 50% and using skew, transformed it like a cone shape – duplicated a copy and kept each one on both sides to give a falling light effect. In many ways, a manager has to be a leader, so therefore a manager will have many of the traits that a leader does. However, I feel the term 'manager' applies primarily to business, it's in a manager's best interest to lead his co-workers effectively, encouraging them to achieve their goals and targets. The most common difference which i find between leaders and managers is that a leader makes other people follow his way of doing things without puting pressure, where as managers forces things to be done in the way they want.A leader always leads...

The difference between Manager and Leader is Simple. Manager says "Go!" Leader says "Let's Go!" That's all.
