Currently, few of my major responsibilities consist of: 1) Marketing and Sales & Business Development activities, globally. 2) Recruiting of Sales and customer support staff and retaining the staff, local & abroad. 3) Planning for upcoming markets. 4) Planning for upcoming Products & Services to be marketed and sold. 5) To liaison with prospects in other countries to convert them to partners and thus market and sell the products through them in that geography. 6) Deciding and freezing the price point of the products and the services with concern to the management. 7) Designing the releases of marketing content, brochures, white papers, sales collaterals, etc. 8) Maintaining and Managing P&L. 9) Tie-up, Alliances with the company. Accomplishments: 1) Increase of business & revenues four folds during the tenure. 2) Pioneered in Opening Business avenues East Africa, UAE and Australia 3) Re-defined, Re-designed Sales and Marketing Strategies. 4) Designed systems, Hierarchies and put them in place. 5) Partnered with 5 partners, in East Africa, US and UK. 6) Tie-up with an IT company in Mobile for getting global rights to sell their products. | ||
