Started the appropriate training inputs both on sales and soft skill areas and with an effort in the 6 months the contribution went up to about Rs1050 quintals a month from about 350 quintals of sales of confectionery items. Initiated specific recognition programmes for deserving staff members by on the spot recognition being given in the current organization worked Formulated specific career development programmers like STAR programme to highlight the individuals performance and put the person on a specific career path. Gained extensive experience in handling induction programmes for new joiness. Played a key role in leading transition in organizations wherein the movement to a professional network organization was implemented successfully with Aruna Sugars and Enterprises Ltd, Sudarshan Group of Companies and the current company. | ||
