I am CEO and publisher of the online magazine, the American Diversity Report (ADR). The ADR is based in the United States, but we are also increasingly global. ADR writers are experts from a variety of categories of interest to the global community: Commerce, Business and the Environment, Health and Wellness, Faith and Inspiration, the Global Village and, reflecting my own journey, Women.

In addition to being a writer, editor and publisher, I also train where diversity issues require cross-cultural communication and conflict management. My copyrighted Matrix Model Management System forms the basis of my work in cross-cultural communication. A product of Harvard University, New York University, University of Illinois at Chicago, I am deeply invested in education and public service. Our latest version of the ADR reflects my motto 'Real Diversity for Real People' and include a jobs board, profiles of success stories, news, analysis, editorials.
