In this busy world we rarely sit and meditate. we just don’t have time. here are some tips to work it out. We live in a very busy society. Our lives have become more and more hectic day by day. We have just 24 hours a day in which we try to manage 8-9 hours of working, laundry, travel time to and fro office, our children, there needs, eating proper 3 meals a day, working out at least 30 minutes, and if you are a spiritual person then meditate 10-20 minute, and have a good night sleep. Ahhhh. .. the list goes on and on. We get only weekends to do the extra work such as cleaning the house, doing the laundry, going to the dentist, buying groceries and then we are left with no time to party. So...
