The statutory compliances EPF ESI are legal obligations of any organization wherein any employer must initiate the process of releasing EPF fund that gets accumulated with an employees account at the EPFO immediately after any employee leaves an organization. Everybody knows that the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court passed a resolution recently condemning the Chief Justice of India, Justice KG Balakrishnan and the former Attorney General of India Mr.Milon Benerjee for giving a clean chit to the controversial High Court Judge, Justice Nirmal Yadav in the cash-in-bag scam. I suggest that the government should encourage the use of credit cards and personal cheques for making payment of all sorts of purchases. This can be done by reducing the currency in the market and by introducing stiff laws for honouring the cheques....
