Once upon a time a tortoise and a hare had an argument about who is faster. They decided to settle the argument with a race. They agreed on a route and started off the race. I have received a mail and I just wanted to share it with you: FROM Arvind Khamitkar, I.A.S, Director of Medical Research Div, Chennai Dear Friends, A few weeks ago, in a movie theatre, a person felt Something poking from her seat.
