I agree with Shipas comments. If satsang for personal life means its more spirtual with gods mens advice then its totaly wrong and it is not needed. We can have a group of people who speak always positive aspects of life, guide and motivate...

"Satsang" means company of good(Sat-spiritually good, Sang-company). Its not always like going to any religious Guru.So its necessary for our lives because what kind of environment you are living in, always matters!

No we dont require satsang for our personal life. Everyone have their own mentality and this can never be changed. i know few people who have a lot of tension and satsang doesnt help them. if any person dont have a positive attitude towards life...
