It is my pleasure to write this recommendation for Mr. Anbalagan. I worked with Anbalagan since 2004, mainly at TRL in Fiji Islands. It is very obvious Anbalgan is a first class general manager with a clear vision, tremendous abilty, focus and drive, i.e. he gets things done. The nicest thing about Anbalagan is that he gets the job done with full co-operation of his employees hence he is a good people manager. Anbalagan possesses many abilities such as implementation and maintemance of various business systems and capital expenditure projects as well as introduction of new products. Anbalagan is experienced and able to successfully manage a full supply chain, i.e. effective sourcing of raw materials, efficient product conversion, inventory mangement, market development,sound interface with customers, drive sales revenue and collect moneys. Anbalagan is financially very capable.
I trust Anbalagan with my money .......he is very honest!
