Responsible for resolving all Hardware and Networking trouble. Co-ordinate with circle office engineer for the any networking trouble and same update to customer and supervisor on daily basis. In my work period all leased upgraded to 64 kbps to 128 kbps . Implementing, Maintaining, Monitoring and Managing LAN/WAN and total Hardware of there clients. Responsible for payment activity from customer. Responsible for their entire customer related query.
