Well I don't think that hardcore IT people require public speaking skills, there job is to do the coding and they do this in there labs and  need out come out in public.

come in for a slightly lower renumeration which the management would be happy to part off, then see the tide of recession pass off and then call off u'r shots and demand a good rise which the management would be happy to give coz u had supported...

Look out for start ups which are recruiting, because they want people who can work for them and can stay for longer and give you better growth opportunities.

I do think that its better to retain female employees. Mainly females will like to stick to an environment and atmosphere that they are used to. If they are 80% comfortable with the work atmosphere they will be ready to adjust the other 20%. But...

Well this one works best, at least for me. Try and get an extra hour in bed before the blues hit you. Since, waking up late can add to your problems, it may be a swell idea to curl up early on Sunday night.

Think of how you can re-engineer your job at the workplace. Most of us dread the Monday mornings because there is hardly any difference between what we did on Fridays to what we will do on Mondays. It's sheer boredom.
