Worked 2 years with VSSU (Registered society, Internationally reputed for its Micro Finance activities) as Regional Manager as well as looked over the MIS (Management Information System) and accounting system of 15 branches;
Responsibilities include overall supervision of five branches, interactions with clients and would be clients about products and services, selective loan assessments to enhance the quality of the business in grassroots level in both individual and group models of Micro Finance.
Responsibilities in Branch Accounts include maintain the accounting system where as in MIS, data management for 15 branches and generation of different reports to inform management about existing quality of Micro Finance services in the working area were the key role.
