U just search on net there is one .exe file available on net for converting MS Excell 2007 file to MSExcell 2003 File name : File converter.exe Just install it in ur system so automatically u convert ur file to 2003

You can access these files without converting them into 2007 format, just by installing Microsoft Office compatibility software. This is available at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx

It depends on the nature of application to prefer Pre-insulated duct or GI. Except commercial offices and other such applications, where internal layout is subjected to frequent changes, GI is always a better option.
