We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining â every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat Jackfruit my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc â actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. How 8 Glasses a Day Keeps Fat Away
Incredible as it may seem, water is quite possibly the single most important catalyst in losing weight and keeping it off. Although most of us take for granted, water may be the only true "magic potion" for permanent weight loss.
Water supresses the appetite naturally and helps the body metabolize stored fat. Studies have shown that a decrease in water intake will cause fat deposits to increase, while an increase in water intake can actually reduce fat deposits.
Here's why: The kidneys can't function properly without enough water. When they don't work to capacity, some of their load is dumped onto the liver. One of the liver's primary functions is to metabolize stored fat into usable energy for the body. But if the liver has to do some of the kidney's work it can't operate at full throttle. As a result, it metabolizes less fat more fat remains stored in the body and weight loss stops.
Drinking enough water is the best treatment for fluid retention. When the body gets less water,it perceives this as a threat to survival and begins to hold on to every drop. Water is stored in extracellular spaces (outside the cell). This shows up as swollen feet, legs and hands.
Diuretics offer a temporary solution at best. They force out stored water along with some essential nutrients. Again, the body perceives a treat and will replace the lost water at the first opportunity. Thus, the condition quickly returns.
The best way to overcome the problem of water retention is to give your body what it needs -- plenty of water. Only then will stored water be released.
If you have a constant problem with water retention, excess salt may be to blame. Your body will tolerate sodium only in a certain concentration. The more salt you eat the more water your system retains to dilute it.
But getting rid of unneeded salt is easy -- just drink more water. As it's forced through the kidneys it takes away excess sodium.
The overweight person needs more water than a thin one. Larger people have larger metabolic loads. Since we know that water is the key to fat metabolism, it follows that the over weight person needs more water.
Water helps to maintain proper muscle tone by giving muscles their natural ability to contract and by preventing dehydration. It also helps to prevent the sagging skin that usually follows weigh loss -- shrinking cells are buoyed by water which plumps the skin and leaves it clear, healthy and resilient.
Water helps rid the body of waste. During weight loss, the body has a lot more waste to get rid of -- all that metabolized fat must be shed. Again, adequate water helps flush out the waste.
Water can help relieve constipation. When the body gets too little water, it siphons what it needs from internal sources. The colon is one primary source. Result? Constipation. But when a person drinks enough water, normal bowel function usually returns.
So far, we've discovered some remarkable truths about water and weight loss:
The body will not function properly without enough water and can't metabolize stored fat efficiently.
Retained water shows up as excess weight.
To get rid of excess water you must drink more water.
Drinking water is essential to weight loss.
How much water is enough? On the average, a person should drink eight 8-ounce glasses every day. That's about 2 quarts. However, the overweight person needs one additional glass for every 25 pounds of excess weight. The amount you drink also should be increased if you exercise briskly or if the weather is hot and dry.
Water should preferably be cold. It's absorbed into the system more quickly than warm water. And some evidence suggests that drinking cold water can actually help burn calories. To utilize water most efficiently during weight loss, follow this schedule:
Morning: 1 quart consumed over a 30-minute period.
Noon: 1 quart consumed over a 30-minute period.
Evening: 1 quart consumed between five and six o'clock.
When the body gets the water it needs to function optimally, it's fluids are perfectly balanced. When this happens, you have reached the "breakthrough point." What does this mean?
Endocrine-gland function improves.
Fluid retention is alleviated as stored water is lost.
More fat is used as fuel because the liver is free to metabolize stored fat.
Natural thirst returns.
There is a loss of hunger almost over night.
If you stop drinking enough water, your body fluids will be thrown out of balance again, and you may experience fluid retention, unexplained weight gain and loss of thirst. To remedy the situation you'll have to go back and force another "breakthrough."

My life according to me is a best example I can find. The journey of my life started from a small town in West Bengal. I was three and half months old when I boarded a train to another small town in Assam. Then again when I was just an year old I moved to Punjab, there I stayed about two year and again went back to Bengal, just for two or three months. Then again I moved to Assam but alas! for a change I started my academic career there. In my early life I was resistant to studies I considered it to be a viral infection that fetches marks and nothing else, and of course you would never dare to say that "Hey please write this one for me" it was not the case that I didn't know writing but, had I started writing you can be sure that you will be late for each precious work only because I hated the work called writing even many of my teachers complained to my parents of the same but I replied that "Teacher you know that I knmow everything so what's the point in writing it down on a piece of paper".
So dear readers got that notorious little boy so read on ................
From Assam I went to Arunanchal Pradesh for some kind of work and after six months I returned to Assam again. When I was around ten to twelve years old I moved towards Uttar Pradesh. You know what ............................... again after an year I found myself in Orissa. From there the journey intensified after completing my school education, at that time I traveled almost whole India.

Personally speaking I am a man of virtues who value ethics and etiquette the most. A kind hearted person with a strong heart and physic, and above all a flexible yet firm brain is installed within me. I stand firm in hard times and ready to accept the challenges bestowed upon me by almighty. People near me that is my friends and colleagues find me to be the best person to deal with in utmost hard times and of course I am the best entertainer in good times. I love to listen to music (mainly my taste is English hip hop, techno, metallic, rock songs and then Old Hindi songs and I am a lover of Rabindra Sangeet as well), I like to read technical and literature books. I cook really well and this is one of my favorite hobby as I like to experiment a lot in this, well I experiment in every walk of life. I like to play and cricket is what I do hate the most as I consider it to be the game of really lazy people and there isn't anything manly in that rather I like playing football, basketball, badminton, tennis (both), volleyball, boxing and some other games like chess and scrabble. I am really good at badminton and basketball. I like to sing as well and dancing is the job I do whenever and wherever I get a good situation and think it to be the best time. Of course I am a great food savvy simultaneously I am a very health conscious person. Even I purchase the items of food by reading the nutritional value in that.
Yes I am brand conscious and love to wear outfits of latest ongoing brands and purchase accessories from branded and official outlets only. This is because I believe that Whatever is touching my body or is going inside my body should come from a very reputed and trusted source, just to maintain the confidence factor as well as the health issue.
Perfection is what I try to seek in whatever I do, and a continuous growth in any case is my extra factor. I am considerate of every details of a situation or any problem.
I am a man of fighting spirit as I do love the challenges and of course I have faced many heartbreaking and fatal situations, where anybody could have easily opted to QUIT I denied to do so as I am not among those weak quitters.
I do practice some healing techniques like acupressure and I am a good healer and my office-mates and friends really take a very good advantage of the same.
Personally one can easily consider me to be a learner and a visionary. Who is very knowledgeable sometimes and the most idiot person at times, however that depends on mood and environment or situation that prevails around me...
