Symbian has better battery life, devices have original face, it's more open then iOS, RIM, WP7. After leaving SE, Motorola Symbian start grow faster. And it has real multitasking :)

ANDROID- open source but with a closed development. SYMBIAN- out and out an open source. ANDROID- has an integrated network accelerator. SYMBIAN- does not have an integrated network accelerator for smoother and clearer video calling. ANDROID- android 2.0 consists of the firefox mobile web browser for a faster browsing experience. I think it is very important thinking by u but here is very bigger problem for some people who has no smart phones or which has no facility of internet.for these peoples cybercafe or home computers are best.
