Hi Friends, I am sharing with the reviews of IBM on work culture, growth prospects salary, done by their employees. Please share your views. if you are less than 10 yr. exp. not to join IBM ,join IBM only on managerial position.else it will screw your career and your personnal life. IBM means no personnal growth and totally dissatisfaction.
