Are we doing Reference Check for Most of the positions, or is it concentrated only for Very Senior Roles? What are the dividents we are gaining from this exercise?

You are right most of the organisations do reference check for only senior officials.. But i think it is equally important to do check for even middle and junior level, where the risk of changing the job is very frequent, risk of sharing...
