PricewaterhouseCoopers ( Oct 2007- till date) Scrum Master February 2008 - till date PROJECT: Audit Transformation Project (ATP) - PwC Global Description: The Audit Transformation Program (ATP) is an important, long-term initiative of both the US Firm Assurance Practice and the PwC Global Assurance Practice. ATP includes Aura, the Global Assurance Delivery Model, Aura Administrative Site, Teamspace and Audit Opportunities Management workflow. ATP is the key part of the business model and cost management strategic and operational priority of the US Firm and the strategy of the Global Assurance practice. It involves designing, developing and implementing new audit software for the US Firm and the PwC network. It is anticipated that Aura 70,000+ users over the next two years. Aura is the largest investment in Assurance technology, tools and methodology the Global Assurance practice has ever made. Technologies: C#.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server 2005 Tools used: PEGA PRPC, ANTS Profiler, Fortify 360 SCA, TFS Responsibilities: Team Organizing scrum meetings, sprint preview and retrospective. Identifying team obstacles and reporting them to higher management adhering to agile methodology. Sprint planning at the beginning of a sprint and planning the product backlog items with the team. Reporting to product owner/ stakeholders/ business leads. Preparing and monitoring daily sprint backlog and sprint burn down chart. Helping team for product backlog refinement. Cross team communication as Onsite coordinator. Technical Understanding user stories and refining them to product backlog items and estimation of each item. Designing and developing Aura Admin website in ASP.Net and the corresponding SQL Server database. Writing stored procedures, user defined functions, triggers etc. Developing custom workflow module for Aura application. Coordinating with external BPM service provider to implement new Opportunities Management Workflow and integrating it with existing system. Performance enhancement of Aura application by introducing caching and tuning C# code. SQL Server performance monitoring using Query execution plan analysis, SQL server profiler and tuning by modifying SQL queries, introducing indexing etc. Analysis of code security using Fortify 360 SCA and fixing them. Understanding design patterns used in the project and re-writing modules based on the patterns. Developer October 2007 - January 2008 PROJECT: Enterprise Risk Management Portal(ERMP) Description: The Enterprise Risk Management portal developed by PwC-UK provides diagnostic and monitoring methodology that enables institutions to isolate and access the contribution of external risks (as political/ geographical etc) to their overall risk profile. It helps them manage these risks and identify and capitalize on unexploited opportunities. Technologies: ASP.Net, SQL Server 2005, Web Services, TFS Responsibilities: Technical Work included requirement gathering, anlysis and managing database modifications. Developed custom reporting module. The reports fetch data from stored procedures using webservices. Developed code in ASP.NET(C#) and SQL Server 2005. Data Analysis and Performance Enhancement. Unit testing and defect fixing.

( Aug 2005-Sept 2007) Team Lead and Developer Sept 2005 - Sept 2007 PROJECT: APS Healthcare MICP, PRTF and PA Export Application Description: The APS Healthcare PRTF application processes claims and employee assistance program vouchers for large number of healthcare providers across various states in USA. The application facilitates the providers to upload the claims data either through web submission or through bulk uploads to a specific location. These claims are then verified against authorization rules laid down in HIPPA act. These records are then submitted to ACS for payment. The application ensures accurate and quick processing of claims request. Technologies: C#.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server 2000 Tools used: SQL Server profiler Responsibilities: Team Requirement analysis and co-ordinating with team for developing the features. Co-ordinated with the onsite team for requirement clarification and ensured delivery on time. Prepared/ Modified requirement documents, design documents, test plans and user mauals. Planned, Estimated and distributed tasks among the team members. Prepared Fish Bone Analysis report. Technical Developed the bulk import module in SQL Server 2000 using Bulk Copy and Stored Procedures. Developed the business logic for authorization module. Developed screens for Caremanager application for APS Customer Support team. Perfomance enhancement of the existing application through database tuning. Replaced cursors with bulk inserts to significantly enhance performance. Bulk migration of existing data when HIPPA codes replaced Y-Codes. Scheduling database back-up jobs and managing user access. Arranging technical trainings for team members on SQL Server performance tuning. Maintained and managed the application staging servers. Data Analysis, Troubleshooting and monitoring databse performance.
