I am completely up for a meeting. online connections can only take you so far to be able to update yourself of the others activities not a good connection and not a good opportunity sharing. Meeting in person is a perfect way of communication.
Srinivas suravajhala  |  Supported idea  "Establishing right connections"  |  10 months ago
You said it right Darshana. For number sake we may have connections, we dont know them, we dont their area of expertise, we dont know their attitudes. A quarterly meeting if arranged is a good idea as Mr. Muralidharan said. But, who will do this....

If technology helps increase sales, can this increase be attributed to part of lost sales prior to using technology?
Santosh Kr. Gupta  |  Answered  |  11 months ago
There could be many reasons for loosing sales or an opportunity, where Technology crunch is one of them. One thing I would say, if we compare the results before technology enhancement and after it, we can get the good ROI on technology. there is...
Ashish Gandhi  |  Answered  |  11 months ago
I am in complete support to what Mr Muralidharan mentioned above. It can not be derived to be lost sale as you never knew it existed in the first place, or you didnt have the bandwidth to service that open opportunity. If at all you knew that...
S. Muralidharan  |  Answered  |  11 months ago
No. I would take it as "opportunity lost".  The bench-mark of sales before implementation of technology would have been the same and would have been taken as the optimum sale output given the constraints.  If technology enables excess sales, then...

Is it a issue for long debate? The statement is wrong as like as "ALL FINGERS OF HANDS ARE NOT SAME". Means all girls & boys are not same. If girls & boys are choosing their spouse themselves then Attraction & Understanding capacity plays a major...

hehehe ... a very serious topic, Yes! But a very "debatable" too. Lets take an example where girls want to stand right next to a guy and tell us(guys) that we are equal. Agreed, we are and should be. BUT, now the question is, this equality varies based...

IT all depends on the girl and the guy as well.. Will the guy be able to put his ego aside and not feel guilty of using wife's money .. if yes then it is perfectly alright.. If they do not regard the society.. It is always upto the couple...

I completely agree with Mr. Dhingra. Addition to the same argument, most of the people jumping jobs today only jump because they want more money. they dont even know their own capabilities and they dont even know if they are actually worth what they...

people often try to prove their point. In the course of doing so they sometimes tell their bosses on their face that they dont know anything. Which may not be true in all the cases and people dont know how to say it many times. Also, there are a few...
J R Mohan  |  Supported idea  "that the company has loyalty for you"  |  1 year ago
It will too naive to think that a company can be loyal to an employee.A company could be employee friendly or have good pro employee policies but that should not be understood as 'loyalty '. The best thing for an employee would be to work hard...
