MCA is best since you already have some basic knowledge. i want to suggest one more thing about MCA just do mastering in alleast two programming language and one theory. it will very beneficial for you. all the best.

I would suggest you to prefer MCA. Since you already have some knowledge on computer applications. You can be more comfortable with MCA than MBA.  All the very best !!!
