It depends on company to company. Some companies prefer experience over academic. In that case you should have good experience in your domain. You can get good job on the basis of your experience only.

Actually not but companies have certain policies to follow. You can't go to 11th std without passing 10th. Its like that if you give job to a guy who has a backlog he will not finish his degree since he is working.... Thats why companies ask for...

Yes I agree.....it is ridiculous. An undergraduate degree must be made compulsory for representing the people in any capacity. If you wish to stand for election and serve, then this criterion must be met.
