Work profile: Trinetra Agencies is a FMCG company where we are the only distributor in the city and the delivery of goods from distributor to retailer is done. My role and responsibilities were handling the team of 4 members in the organization moving from one place to the other and getting the target completed in a month and associated with the parent company and queries of the dealers and retailers are clarified by myself and cash management work is also considered. Presently working with: # SBM Associates Ltd. Oct 08-Till date Administrative and Accounts Executive. Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. It is the Real-estate and construction company. Nature of work: Mainly it is involved in the bid of land for the clients. The land execution is done by the company itself we purchase the land from one client for one price and sell it to the other client and makes the profit on it that is on one execution it will be the profit of Rs 40000-100000 depend on the land square feet. Both the parties are involved for the profit of our organization. We also construct the projects of our clients on their lands that are independent houses and apartments. We design the projects by our Architect as per the client needs for both independent and apartments. Most of all construction work is taken by our Architect himself and monitors all over the things like any advances from the clients and purchasing of materials and construct the projects by hiring the labourers. In construction work our company gains more profit but in designing work it charges Rs 10000 for the independent houses and for the apartments it depends up on the floors. My role and responsibility: In this I take the clients at the site and have a glance on the land and make the clients to purchase it by preparing all the legal documents transferring from one party to the other in the register office and we close it with the complete satisfaction of the customer. The execution of land for one to the other takes of minimum 20-30 days. In construction work I monitors all the labourers are coming correctly for the work or not and how much of the wages to be paid for each labour. The work is going on efficiently at the site by in time is to be monitored is also my duty. Regarding this all the Administration work is also handled by myself by maintaining separate accounts of clients through manually and I most of all use the Ms-office for storing the information. Maintaining of separate files is also done by me. Work profile of administration: Preparing of all documentation work related to sites, constructions, legal documents of customers and handling of customer queries. Maintaining of bills receivable and payable books. Preparing of Financial statements. Maintaining of Accounts Audit Maintaining of all bank account transactions. Monitored and recorded company expenses Performed general office duties and administrative tasks handling all administrative co- ordination. Preparation of Account Books, payment vouchers and details and handling of receipts Preparation of payments (Cash and Bank) Ensuring Office supplies are ordered in a cost effective and timely manner Cash Management and petty cash maintenance Responsible for control on Printing; Stationery, Electricity, Telephone, Coordinating.
