up to some extent we get satisfied with our subordinates behavior, which comes by holding a job but at the end of the day its all salary which matter.. |
early starting or late starting it hardly matters.. the important thing is to manage the time according to work... |
exactly this happens every where...Its better to concentrate on your own work and let them do what they can do....Defeat them through your performance rather than arguing.. |
