The Company has four breweries in India. Principal Responsibilities: Legal and Statutory Regulatory Compliances: Responsible for observing all legal and statutory regulatory compliances and observing the conditions of all licenses, permissions, approvals etc related to 5 manufacturing breweries. Setting Up a Green Field Project and legal Framework across 5 breweries: Handled complete set-up of Green Field Project (Brewery) and also set-up complete legal and Secretarial Deptt. in the Company. Legal- Litigation and Court Cases, Arbitration, Excise and Custom Legal Cases, Anti Dumping Application for Lighting Industry: Heading the Legal and Secretarial Department of the Company and is handling and representing on behalf of the Company in the legal disputes / court cases /arbitration proceedings of the entire Group companies before SC, HC, Tribunals and other Forums.
