What happens if a trained recruit leaves after a period of one year? The Gen Y employees are known job-hoppers. Is it worth spending huge amount knowing that they will not stay with the company? Training costs are going up. More than that the...

Its a neccesity for all new joinees to be oriented with the Organisations Policies Procedures. More important is to understand the organisational culture, so that they can get accustomed to adjust accordingly.

Dear friend i want to share one of the lovely insight from Google page www.streetdirectory.com/travel_guide/33550/self_improvement_and_motivation/life_is_wonderful.html its really having very nice answer to most of our question for life plz read and give urs word here ...I t is so simple and so easy to get what we want that we have a hard time to believe it. We are programmed to do things the hard and difficult way, in order to get what we want. We can not believe that we can get anything without hard labour, sweat and tears, obstacles and misery. This is nothing else but a tough old programmation, a conditioning from our childhood. If you are like me, you were bombarded as a child with exp...

Is it possible to be innovative in HR? I think the jury is still out on the ultimate answer to that question. My personal opinion is that innovation within the HR function often follows the 'Kaizen' model of taking good ideas and working very hard to make incremental improvements on them to make them better. I rarely see a true Sunburst idea in HR that will light up the sky. One trend I have been noticing of late is the concept of sharing or swapping employees. Today I noticed several reports of a story that originated in the Wall Street Journal about employees being swapped between companies to spur innovation. According to AP reports, Google and Procter Gamble are now swapping employees a...
