of course not because this is not to be counted to be as the listed job or you will not be consider as the experienced person for the next job or when you switch from one company to other one you starts again climbing the post so its all criteria...

Any brach is OK, as long as it gives a growth of more than 10% year on year. Analyse the growth and enter. If one can do scientific farming that is the best one.
