Set the CSFs (Critical Success Factors) for entire Tamilnadu state . Data collection for entire 1500MW Wind turbines (almost 2000nos) Performance monitoring on Critical Success Factors (Zero Defect, MTTR and MTBF) for entire Tamilandu. WTG root cause analysis through Parato and Histogram by using Mini-Tab Software. Feedback to Engineering department based on root cause analysis and gets the solution for each problem. Reliability test on Wind Turbines (600kW and 1500kW) through RBD Concept. Capture the COPQ Contribution in Operation and Maintenance ,initiate the Action taken on each Re-Work and Poor Design As MIS - Planning and Project Management Tamilnadu State Head Budget preparation for entire Tamilnadu state Operation and Maintenance Profitability analysis by individual WTG wise and Site wise, based on this allocate the resource to the particular site Based on profit analysis, getting free O and M cost from engineering department. Support to the Finance and HR for data analysis based on request from State finance head. Inventory planning through PICS - Profitable Inventory Control method. Identify the non-Moving items and send it back to factory or Central Stores Learning and Achievements from Suzlon Infrastructure services LTD During this period I am directly reporting to Dept.Gen.Mgr - Six Sigma Black belt Learn six sigma tools like QFD ,FTA,SIPC,Project Charter etc and where we can use this tools Where we need to concentrate based on profit analysis. Learning : Trouble shooting of 1250kW WTGs (During my Probation period of 6 months) Special training on 1.5MW trouble shooting and Maintenance Implement the Six-sigma tools for root-cause analysis. Planning through SixSigma Concepts like (SIPOC, Project Charter, WBS etc...) Working with ISO 9001-2000 Standards. Achievements: For this Year (2007-08 H1) , i done MTBF Analysis through sixsigma Concept .In this we identify the Top5 Errors are contributing more than 70% of problem in SCS Turbines. The same has been taken up to engineering dept and Now they solve 40% problems and 30% problems under observation .
