Resolution of problematic cases by enforcing SARFAESI Act after analysing the cases in coordination with other FIs/Banks, issuing of statutory notices to the Companies, taking possession of the Company/Mill after notification through newspapers and consequent sale by inviting biddings. Visit to the various units along with Valuer for valuation of property before taking a view on enforcing SARFAESI Act. Associated with Legal department in DRT/Court Cases. Participation in various joint meetings convened by FIs and Banks in resolution of assets/BIFR cases/CDR cases representing IFCI and opening of biddings after sale notification. Dealt with BIFR/AAIFR cases. Preparation of Status reports in BIFR/AAIFR cases, Affidavit to AAIFR giving point-wise reply on the appeal by the Companies, Analysing BIFR Rehabilitation packages and Attending BIFR hearings in Chennai. Maintenance of good rapport with Clients to achieve the recovery targets. HRD: More than 4 years from May, 2001 to April, 2005 in Human Resources Department at IFCI, Head Office, New Delhi as Manager (HR). Handled all areas of work in HR such as Employees bio-data, Employee Management, Manpower planning, Deployment of employees at Branches and various departments in line with business plan of the organisation. Recruitment of Management Trainees from Management Institutes. Joining and Exit of employees, Promotions, Facilities to employees, Centralised increment sanction and Retirements. Upkeeping of Performance Appraisal reports and report to Management after analysis Issuing HR Circulars, Reply to Parliament questions, Various MIS data pertaining to HR, Rectification of pay anomalies and Maintenance of leave records. Rewards, Recognition Performance incentives, Employees Relations, Welfare, Rapport with Unions, Labour court cases and Staff indiscipline/grievances. SC/ST matters and maintenance of SC/ST Roster in compliance with statutory regulations of Government of India Background note for vigilance cases where HR issues are involved and absolving the case after enquiry. Associated with preparatory work for VRS and implementation of VRS packages on two occasions. Salary CTC was around Rs.9 lakhs per annum in IFCI including all perks. Expected salary Negotiable. Notice period One-month. Current Status Retired as Assistant General Manager on VRS from IFCI Ltd., Chennai Regional Office in February, 2008. Consequent to VRS from IFCI, worked as Vice President (Finance) in Belair Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Chennai - a Wealth Management Company for 6 months.
