First things first.. DO BOYS REGARD THEIR IN-LAWS AS THEIR FAMILY?? I am always surprised by the take of society on women. Why do we need to target them alone?? Still, a woman leaves all she has for a man.She needs time to adjust, to understand...

Shilpa Jain  |  Argues in support of  "No"  |  1 year ago

If the CEO needs to involve himself in the day-today activities, then why have a department head in the first place. A couple of junior executives can be appointed to run the diktats of the CEO direct. Besides i agree with Nisha when she says that...

I think CEO involvement not required in the marketing team He have other responsibilities but it is necessary to know Marketing team, what steps taken to develop the business
Sujatha srivastava  |  Argues in support of  "Let the competitive executives do it and report to the CEO"  |  1 year ago
Let the marketing team work on it and report to the CEO. A CEO just needs to know the status of the revenue generated by the marketing team. So involving is not needed.....
