Supervising and enforcing discipline amongst the Panel Consultants, and all categories of staff of the hospital. Purchasing equipments,Furniture and other supplies by following the prescribed procedure laid down for that purpose. Sanctioning drugs,sundries for all departments. Attending to all the correspondence of various departments. Interview candidates for the post of RMOs ,Registrars,Staff Nurses,staff and assist the managing committee regarding appointment of Consultants. Advise programs/schedules of training and orientation for all categories of staff and ensure that the same in implemented. Guide and supervise the staff in respect of various certificates required to be issued for insurance,workmen compensation.
