In addition to Saurabh, moving the multi project to higher accuracy levels and quality standards as per prescribe time is quite difficult. Every minute of a project is crucial for its success i.e, managing time is also a big challange. |

Step 1 - Identify support for OLAP/OLTP scenarios in the project. Step 2- Identify minimum response time requirements. Step 3- Weightage based on POCs constructed under various technologies or existing data or previous experience. |
