 Being an industry expert by developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business areas, marketplace and other customer needs.  Working with the client Hiring manager and business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts, and managing 25-50 open requisitions at one time – ensuring effective time management, progress and communication on each open requisition.  Upon approval of a new requisition, work with hiring manager to set service level agreements (SLA) expectations and requirements and following all SOP manual procedures.  Working within predefined recruitment process while monitoring that process to identify and recommend areas for improvement to ensure best practices at all times.  Identifying new methods and approaches for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads, develop and implement comprehensive search strategies for specific requisition action planning with recruitment team.  Using detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool.  Proactively build and foster continuous networking and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, client and internal channels and executing a personal time management plan.  Coordinating and participating in candidate generation events and to participating on a program team as a high performing recruiter.  Scheduling and conducting recruiter behavioural based interviews as needed and completing other reporting duties as needed.
