Investigation of aircraft accidents and recommend solutions to avoid recurrence. Design and development of software for handling all functions of Quality Management pertaining to aviation. Enhanced Technical and Soft Skills of All technical Personnel in Naval Aviation by organizing Continual Education Programmes to keep abreast of latest technology and happening in civic world. Commended by Flag Officer Naval Aviation for dedicated efforts in improving flight safety and aircraft performance. Chief Aviation Technical Officer of Western Naval Fleet, Two Premier Naval Air Stations and Chief Engineer Officer of Three Naval Warships (Jan 2004 -May 2007), (May 2001-Nov 2002) (May 1999 - Apr 2000) (Nov 1987-Feb 1989) Led teams of up to 450 personnel with full responsibility for work assignments, scheduling, performance review, career planning and development. Management representative for ISO 9000 certification for the Institute. Planned, controlled and monitored the development of various e-learning packages. Master Green rating and Flying Instructor. Flew more than 1500 hrs as Flight Engineer and was AIRCATS member to evaluate other Aircrew. Squadron Aviation Technical Officer and Flight Engineer (Mar 1985 - 1993) Responsible for availability of aircraft to meet the strategic requirements of the organization.
