	Brief summary : I AM JOINING SBI CAPS SECURITIES LTD ON 5TH 0CTOBER,2009 AND YET CONTINUE WITH IT WHEN JOIN IT I WAS VERY NERVOUSE ABOUT MARKETING JOB BECAUSE IN HDFC BANK I HAD BAD EXPERIENCE BUT WHEN STARTED JOB IN SBI CAPS I ENJOYING IT.I LIKE TO WORK FOR ORGANIZATION LIKE SBI CAPS AND ENVIORMENT OF SBI CAPS IS SUCH FRIENDLY AND NO PRESSURE FEEL IN IT AS WE THINK MARKETING JOB IS PRESSURE JOB BUT IN IT NOTHING LIKE IT. FINALLY I SAID WORKING IN SBI CAPS IS BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THANKS TO ALL TOOSTEP MEMBERS.
