ARAVALI (Association for Rural Advancement through Voluntary Action and Local Involvement) is a development support organization working towards strengthening the voluntary sector and promote collaboration between voluntary organizations and government of Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and coordinating a team of five professionals with diverse experience and expertise on issues of NRM based livelihoods.
• Coordinating SCALE Programme supported by AKF and providing managerial support to the executive director ARAVALI in managing other programs and initiatives of the organization.
• Maintaining and strengthening the relationships with top bureaucrats of the state, as ARAVALI is member in various committees constituted by government of Rajasthan.
• Identifying new initiatives for the organization and establishing the identified initiatives through partner organization.

FES (Foundation for Ecological Security) is an implementing organization working towards ecological restoration in eco-fragile and marginalized zones of the country through community based institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and Managing a group of development professionals having strong expertise in crafting and strengthening village level institutions (Tree Growers Cooperative Societies and watershed associations)
• Planning and coordinating various projects and looking after the fund allocation and use.

Responsible for organised Tree Growers Cooperative Societies, provide technical, financial and managerial support inturn to make these sustainable and economically vible institutions.
